All aitnē products are made to order, with care and attention.

Estimated production and delivery times are 10–20 working days, unless otherwise communicated at the time of ordering.

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

During public holidays or long weekends, delivery times may vary slightly.
Shipping costs

National shipping via express courier.

Any costs or thresholds for free shipping will be clearly indicated at the time of ordering.

International shipments (if available) will be subject to duties, customs fees, or additional costs, to be paid by the recipient.
Returns

The right of withdrawal is recognized within 14 days of delivery, if the product is intact, unused and in the original packaging.

To request a return, contact us by email at: info@..... , indicating the order number and the reason.

Return costs are normally borne by the customer, except in the case of proven defects or errors in the order on our part.

Once we receive the return and verify the integrity of the product, we will process the refund within 10–14 working days, using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases determined by aitnē.
Incorrect, damaged or non-compliant products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or non-compliant item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, attaching photos of the damage and the package.

We will send you instructions for the return or replacement at no cost to you.
