Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

  • All aitnē products are made to order, with care and attention.

  • Estimated production and delivery times are 10–20 working days, unless otherwise communicated at the time of ordering.

  • Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor your delivery.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

  • During public holidays or long weekends, delivery times may vary slightly.

Shipping costs

  • National shipping via express courier.

  • Any costs or thresholds for free shipping will be clearly indicated at the time of ordering.

  • International shipments (if available) will be subject to duties, customs fees, or additional costs, to be paid by the recipient.

Returns

  • The right of withdrawal is recognized within 14 days of delivery, if the product is intact, unused and in the original packaging.

  • To request a return, contact us by email at: info@..... , indicating the order number and the reason.

  • Return costs are normally borne by the customer, except in the case of proven defects or errors in the order on our part.

  • Once we receive the return and verify the integrity of the product, we will process the refund within 10–14 working days, using the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases determined by aitnē.

Incorrect, damaged or non-compliant products

  • If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or non-compliant item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, attaching photos of the damage and the package.

  • We will send you instructions for the return or replacement at no cost to you.
