1. Products

All aitnē products are made in Italy with selected materials and, in some cases, from high-quality recovery.
Small variations in color or texture compared to the images are natural characteristics of the material and signs of authenticity.

2. Orders

Orders are accepted exclusively through the official website.
Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a summary email.
aitnē reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other methods indicated at checkout.
The transaction takes place in a secure manner and the data is not stored in any way by aitnē.

4. Shipping

Some models are available for immediate delivery, but most are made to order. This is a way to maintain a conscious approach, reduce waste, and add value to every creation.
Production and delivery times vary between 20 and 25 working days.
Once shipped, your order can be tracked using the tracking code provided via email.

5. Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery by writing to ..... and indicating the order number.
The product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defects or shipping errors.
The refund will be issued after the condition of the item has been verified.
